During the 2024 State of the Nation Address, President Cyril Ramaphosa highlighted a reform of South Africa’s energy system, including plans to accommodate renewable energy. Nick Roche, chief product officer at Rubicon, spoke to eNCA to unpack the comments made during the address, saying that the address lacked detail and concrete action plans.
